The Lawrence Rotary Club was founded in 1920 and is one of the oldest civic organizations in the region. We meet every Thursday (with some pre-scheduled exceptions) throughout the year at the Lawrence Technical High School in Lawrence at 57 River Road, Andover, MA. Our club has approximately 80 members and our meeting attendance is typically at around 50-60 members and guests each week. We are a diverse range of business owners, professionals, and educators across a wide range of professions and varied interests.
We gather at Noon and lunch is served at 12:15. At approximately 12:45, we begin to conduct our weekly Rotary business and at 1:00, the speaker is introduced. The speaker has the floor from about 1:00 - 1:20 leaving 20 minutes for a presentation and 5 minutes for a question and answer session.
The room is equipped with a large, pull-down screen for computer or slide projection, a professional audio system, and LCD (computer) projector. If you plan on using this equipment, let your contact person know in advance.
If you re a non-profit organization looking for fianncial support, we strongly suggest that you contact our Community Service Chairman, Steve Ostrander, by email.
Thank you for your interest.
