GLCAC Community Needs Assessment

Greater Lawrence Community Action Council (GLCAC - you knew that) has the role of community wide  program creator and leader in many areas.  You may be most aware of them as operator of Head Start.  Newly arrived Jennifer will fill us in on the current attempt to determine the needs of our area.
